HouseWorks Cleaning operates in two states on the east coast separated by 645 miles. They needed a system for collecting and organizing customer inquiries from multiple sources. This site utilizes vTiger as an administrative backend to organize all customer communication data, and provides an interface for sending targeted HTML e-mail campaigns.
Like many of the sites we do, ECA has a Smarty-driven customer-facing web site with a Drupal web application running a customized version of CiviCRM in a sub-domain.
Marlboro Seamless Gutters is one of our original customers.
In addition to this brochure site, MSG has a custom customer relationship management (CRM) administrative backend built by us that has been in operation for 5+ years.
The Pathway Companies is a good example of a simple brochure site utilizing Drupal. The beauty of this site is that it may updated by the customer whenever necessary without additional software, or tracking down the website administrator.
Sites may be divided up by office or department to distribute the responsibility of keeping the content fresh and up to date.
